“My Commitment: put my innovation obsession to “Make Sustainable Irresistible” as engine to SB’s sake for “the Good Life””
Frantz is the Head of R&D Sustainability at the Procter & Gamble Company. With more than 20 years of experience at P&G R&D, Frantz is a passionate Innovation Leader with high sustained track-record across multiple categories and P&G multi-billion dollar brands (Ariel/Tide, Mr Clean/Proper…). His past roles especially in global Fabric Care on single-rinse & cold-washing innovation, and on new revolutionary compacted single-dose “Ariel pods” affirmed his relentless drive for Sustainable Innovation.
Frantz’ obsession is to raise the Innovation bar to “Make Sustainable Irresistible”.
For this, Frantz has created new innovation model & approaches to inspire innovations that are truly irresistible to Consumers at the very core, hence leading to Irresistible propositions to the Business. This is one of the key innovation engine behind P&G’s 2030 Ambitions towards Responsible Consumption.
In that sake, Frantz is now launching a global Innovation program called “50L Home”, aiming to re-invent urban water consumption in urban living behind a simple question: “What if our future Homes could run at 50L water per day per person, yet “feel like” 500L”. A true innovation case for irresistible circular water consumption, right in our homes, to address the growing worldwide water scarcity risks in Cities – with Partners.
In his personal life, Frantz also enjoys exciting challenges as a competitive soccer & tennis player, aiming too to cross-skiing the Mont Blanc after a first milestone at the Mont Paradisio at 4100m altitude 2 years ago.
