As Group Head of Sustainable Business, Justine is responsible for leading Vodafone’s global sustainable business strategy, which is designed to drive positive social impact at scale through the business, in the areas of gender equality and diversity, youth skills and jobs and the environment, across 25 markets.

She joined Vodafone in 2012 and prior to his role led their strategy and approach to corporate transparency, driving the use of communications and corporate disclosures to help inform public debate, manage risk and build trust with stakeholders, as well as drive Vodafone’s commitment to operating responsibly internally. Justine led the development of Vodafone’s first ever tax transparency report in the wake of significant media scrutiny, as well as their first disclosure into the organisation’s work with law enforcement agencies, during the early Snowdon revelations and remains responsible for this area of the Sustainable Business strategy.

She started her career in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi, working on global campaigns for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Visa International, Müller yoghurts and HP. A move to the non-profit sector as Director of Marketing and Communications for a top 75 charity saw her become responsible for all communications channels, internal and external stakeholder communications, brand development and crisis and reputation management.
